Symposium
The 2008 Journal of International Law Symposium, Trade Sanctions in a 21st Century Economy: Are They An Appropriate Or Effective Means Of Altering State Behavior?, will be held on Friday, February 29th, 2008. The Symposium is co-sponsored by the Institute of Law and Economics. The symposium schedule can be viewed here.
The cost for the event is $50, or $25 for public interest attorneys, payable by cash or check. This program has been approved for 3 hours of substantive law credit and 1.5 hours of ethics credit for Pennsylvania lawyers. CLE credit can be arranged for other jurisdictions as well. Please bring a check in the amount of $45, or $25 for public interest attorneys, to the event. The check should be payable to the Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania and must be exclusively for the CLE credit. Attorneys from Gold and Silver Sponsors will receive free CLE credits.
